Cheat not working?
Follow the steps in order. Most launch issues are caused by missing Windows components, outdated drivers, or blocking by antivirus and built-in security tools.

Download and install the required components, then update your graphics driver. Proceed to step two only after restarting your computer.

Temporarily disable built-in mechanisms that often block loaders. Third-party antivirus software is best fully removed rather than "paused".
Important!
If you have FaceIt, ESEA, or similar anti-cheat clients installed — remove them before launching the product.
Valorant with Riot Vanguard: for cheats on other games, Vanguard must be removed. For Valorant products — follow the instructions on the specific cheat page.
Disable Windows SmartScreen
- Settings → Privacy & security → Windows Security.
- App & browser control → Check apps and files.
- Select "Warn" or fully disable SmartScreen for the current profile.
- Restart your PC before launching the loader again.
Disable Windows Defender
- Windows Security → Virus & threat protection.
- Manage settings → turn off "Real-time protection" (temporarily).
- Add the loader folder to exclusions if you prefer not to disable protection entirely.
- Re-enable protection after a successful launch.
Disable UAC
- Win + R → type msconfig → Services tab, or use Control Panel → UAC.
- Drag the slider to the bottom position "Never notify".
- Confirm the change and restart your computer.
Disable Secure Boot in BIOS
- Restart your PC and enter BIOS/UEFI (Del, F2, or F12 — depends on your motherboard).
- Find Boot / Security → Secure Boot → Disabled.
- Save settings (F10) and boot into Windows.
- On some laptops you may also need to disable Fast Boot and TPM for certain products.
Before contacting support
- Make sure your game and Windows versions match the product page
- Run the loader as administrator
- Disable Discord, GeForce Experience, and MSI Afterburner overlays during testing
- Take a screenshot of the error and have your order number ready
